Why Emotional Intelligence Matters
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognise, understand and manage your own emotions, and to respond effectively to the emotions of others. It helps in making thoughtful decisions, calming down in difficult moments, handling conflict, and improving communication in relationships to better understand what is happening in social situations.
