Managing emotions, relationships, and daily stressors can be challenging at any stage of life. Our 10-week DBT Group Program at Logic Lounge is designed to support adults in developing effective strategies for emotion regulation, building resilience, and improving interpersonal communication, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What to Expect?

Led by an experienced psychiatrist and psychologist, this small-group program provides adults with evidence-based DBT strategies in an engaging and supportive format. Each session includes 45–60 minutes of skill-building, a short break, and another 45–60 minutes of interactive learning.

Who Can Join?

If you are 18 years or older and experiencing difficulties with emotion regulation, or if you have a newly diagnosed or emerging presentation of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), this program is designed to support your needs.

  • Duration: 10 weeks x 2-hour sessions (including a short break)
  • Schedule: Weekly sessions 
  • Time: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

  • Cost: $3,500 total (Medicare rebates may apply)
