Consultation fees for Workcover and CTP claims are paid by your insurer.
Before making a booking ensure you have following details:
- Insurer / Insurance company details
- Referral from your GP
- Claim Number
- Initial Consultation approval details (how many sessions have you been approved for)
Cancellation Policy
At Logic Lounge Psychology, we require at least 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. If this is not provided we will charge you directly the cancellation fee of $90. Your insurer will not cover the cost of any late cancellations.
